Since early 2015, we have started to utilize 3D Laser Scanning technology for long range scanning, monitoring and inspect mill condition.
GRINDING MEDIA
We have built 2 plants in Medan, Indonesia and in Suzhou, China for supplying Grinding Rods and manufacturing Grinding Balls.
Currently our nominal capacity is 120,000 tons per annum (1st stage of development). We are able to manufacture various size of grinding balls : 40mm, 52mm, 64mm, 78mm, 94mm, 105mm, 125mm and 133mm.
Our plants also occupied with on-site laboratory facilities: drop ball tester, AVH, non-destructive test, metallography, CNC, and EDM.
